Chicken Breast Ideas 45 minute
meals - South Beach Diet Recipe (Phase 2)

You can vary this one to suit your needs and your
pantry.
Ingredients:
- Chicken Breasts (I buy a huge bag of boneless
skinless breasts frozen at Costco)
Directions:
- Take the breasts out of the freezer and place
in a zip lock bag. Add cold water and let sit for 10
minutes or so. (You can skip this and go straight to
the oven step, with no problems)
- Pour out the water and add your favorite
vinegar and oil salad dressing.
- You can either marinade in this for 30 min if
you have time, or just bake in a 375 * oven in the
dressing for 30 minutes.
- After 30 minutes dump
out the dressing and top the chicken however you
like. Add feta and tomatoes, or green pepper slices
and onion with provolone, a slice of Canadian bacon
and Swiss, bacon bits and cheddar, spaghetti sauce
pepperoni and mozzarella, basically whatever you got
that you like.
- Cook for an additional 5 - 10 minutes
to melt the cheese.
