Friday 9/14 TGIF
I am less than enthused to go to Curves again. There's a girl who goes around the same time and really works up a sweat. Ok, that's a good thing, I do too, but.......I get grossed out when I see sweat puddles from her armpits on some of the machines. I have decided to skip those machines. Plus the two ladies she comes with decide they want to do the double back, which is go forward one machine then back one machine, etc......They expect me to skip over them so they can keep going! Now I do the double back when they have the tape in and when I do my third lap I move around people who are still doing it. It's just very frustrating - I hope they aren't there today!
My stomach is a little funny today. Ate popcorn last night that sometimes will do it. Could be the new med the doc gave me for my PMS, I'm blaming them for this headache in the center of my forehead and the dizziness. Oh well, that'll go away some day and losing my appetite - hey that's great!
The scale isn't moving downward anymore. I'm sure it has something to do with missing my killer workouts on Monday and Wednesday. I'll have to get out and walk this weekend. Maybe I'll push mow some of the yard, I'm sure I'll just sneeze afterwards and be miserable from all the mosquito bites I'll get! Got to keep from stalling and going up & down a pound.
Did not go to Curves today, pulled out a 30 min butt, gut & thigh DVD and did that. Legs feel like rubber!
Got test results for ultrasound. I don't have fibroids (good news) but I do have a cyst on my left ovary. Go back in 3 months for another round of fun.

L - bean soup (navy beans I think, ham, celery, onions in tomatoe base)
One enormous piece of white bread w/one pat of butter
S - One can of Pringle chips (ok, I had a pity party) & a peach
D - hmmmm not chips! Eggs, 2 slices ww toast, ff cheese, ham & carrot sticks
S - milk & 2 dark chocolate squares
Water: 92 oz
Exercise: 1/2 hr strength
