Confessions from Bellingham, WA

Postby nitrot150 » Tue Nov 22, 2005 6:39 am

This is to be my daily journal and confessions diary...my plan is to post after the fact of what i actually ate, felt like, exercised, maybe even some calorie input...I try to count my calories a bit, otherwise i feel like i eat too much...but sometimes, especially when i cheat, i definitely blow that number. anyhoo...trying to keep it around 1200 cals a day...just orders some low-cal cookbooks online..needed to get some more variety for lunches and dinners that are around 300 cals per meal.

TOday wasn't so hot 11/21/05, but I was off the wagon this weekend, and am sick so didn't have a lot of time to prepare meals, just got to the store tonight so tomorrow should be much better. even had campbells chicken noodle soup...lotsa salt. but my stomach was really upset and it helped a bit. didn't eat all of it though. Well, thats enough for today. See you tomorrow.

Welcome to the beach, Karen! We just moved out here to New England from Vancouver, WA, so whenever I see another apple-stater I feel like "home!" :)

Fabulous.

I love it.

Although, strangely enough, we've gotten almost as much rain out here since July as we would have had back home. Maybe more. :)

Oh yeah!!! I haven't been up there in a very long time. My Dh and I moved from Hawaii to here 4 years ago to be closer to my family in Salem. So the last time I have been in the Seattle area was when I was in the 6th grade or something like that.

Well, turkey day came and went, and i totally ate too much...go figure, but i knew that was going to happen...soo onto the day after..i havfe a trip to the gym planned going to go hardcore..gotta burn some serious calories...GOt to see Uncle Rich ...he seems to be doing ok, although the prognosis isn't good, just a few more months...i'll miss him alot...but you never know, miracles can happen. I'm not listing calories today cuz it would scare the bejeezus out of myself and that is just silly...back to the grind tomorrow!
