Thanks so much Happymomoftwo…I don’t think I have that one.

I did find these tonight though. I still have plenty of more files to go through. I’m so unorganized  . - Liz

Hi All,
I’m glad to see people enjoying these sites :D .

Kadybug, you asked me which ones I like most. I like the MSN groups and this one:

http://www.shakeoffthesugar.net/article1032.html

It’s not really a SBD site; it’s more of a Sugar Busters/Diabetic/Low Carb site. But it has some really nice recipes. I’ve made the Cajun Chicken Casserole, Cinnamon Walnut Cookies, and the Oat Bran Muffins just to name a few, and my family and I have really enjoyed them. For the butter in the cookies I used Olivio, but you probably can use Smart Balance also. The Whey Low is a sugar substitute and can be ordered here: http://wheylow.com/products.htm I made mine with Splenda. But I have bought the Whey Low Gold here as my new Brown Sugar substitute and I love it! Well time to put my kiddies to bed. Hope to add more sites soon. - Liz

Here is one for Phase 1 Newbies and all of us who have fallen off the wagon :( . (Hum hum, like me  ...but I haven't turned back yet...I just think it's a matter of time though....Sweet and carb cravings are back and in full force from all my stress eating!) Be strong Liz, Be Strong! - Liz

Kaye, I just noticed your stats.... Your the same height as me and I weighed 177 when I started. I had lost 23lbs. But  :( ......I am currently dragging behind the wagon  ; gained 4 back to date. I'm trying to stay on P2 but I think I am going to have to start back on P1. I ate a lot of no-no's these past few weeks and the sweet cravings are REALLY killing me! Well I wish you luck...Your goal of 120 is the same as mine :) . - Liz
