Well, I think it's OK to set goals. If I don't reach them, I'm still going to Maine.
On a positive note, the nutritionist weighed me this morning and said I lost 2 pounds. I'm still at 11.5 on my scale, but I must've been having a "heavy" day the last time I weighed in on her scale. Anyway, it was nice to hear there was a loss.
I'm really working on making those changes I talked about yesterday, so we'll see what happens. I have a good feeling about it.
