Hubby and I on Sept. 1....I lost about 10 pounds before this picture was taken. We then started SB on 9/25/2006.

But yes, much thinner then I was! I've been really struggling the last few days though and put on a couple of pounds. I need to kick it in the butt again.

wow...okay, 52 lbs. sounds like a lot. but, looking at the pictures.....wow!...what a transformation. good for you. and keep it up. you are very thin. i can't believe you started in sept. and lost that much weight so quickly. i finally started working out again last night so i'm hoping that helps. guess it can't hurt

Thanks killertomato..and yes it can be done. I just had it in my head that I was so tired of losing and gaining that I was going to do something once and for all....make a definate lifestyle change. I'm so glad I did.
