Have you heard of the "Walk Away the Pounds" videos by Leslie Sansone? That may motivate you to exercise at home...

Good luck!

Hi, Anne!

I've heard of that but don't know anything about it. Is it a walk-in-place type of thing? I'll have to check it out on Amazon.

Thanks so much for the info! :)

Well, I lost a whopping half a pound! I've been the same weight for 2 days now, so I changed my ticker.

Better than nothing, right?

Today is my first day of eliminating wheat. I need to go shopping (which probably won't happen until tomorrow). I'll have to make due with what I have today.

Happy Thursday, Everyone! :)

Hey, as long as the scale is tipping in the right direction ;)

I don't know how good I've done, it's been TOM all week so the scale's been fluctuating. I might wait till Monday to weigh again.

Thanks, ladies! I would be thrilled with half a pound a week! I hope the scale will continue to move downward, now that it has finally budged! :)

Hi NYC Gal :)

I think I need to start a journal but haven't had time to research on how to. If anyone would be able to help, I would appreciate it!
I had lost a pound but after a very stressful week and befriending Cheetos last night, I think a journal would be good for me.
Congrats on the 1/2 lb. Any loss is great!

Yep, what she said. :) Just put the title of your journal in the topic line, and then start typing away. Once you've done this, I can tell you how to link your journal into your sig line (if you wish :) ).

UGH. I can't deal with how slow the board is (yet again) today. I'll try posting again later.

Slow or not, if I want to post I post ;)

If it's slow I just go to another tab and play around on another site while this one loads.

I belong to enough BBSs that I can do that-maybe too many

Hey, Chatty. Sometimes I do that, too. Other times, I get fed up. ;)

Hi, Dee! :)

I can't tell you how long it took me to lose that half a pound! It was months, and months, and MONTHS. I just hope it will continue to go down, even if it does so slowly. As I told Nessa, I'd be thrilled with half a pound a week. Thanks for the support!

I'll look for your new journal -- promise! :)

Hugs to you!
