The scale ain't loving me these days, so I think it's a good idea to review how far I've come in just under 6 months.

I walked 1.36 miles in 32 minutes. My warm-up pace was 2.2; my top speed was 2.8. I made a note that the workout was horrible with cramping in my calves.

My time for the mile continues to improve. My warm-up speed is 3.0 mph, my top walking speed is 3.5; running speed is 5.0. I can maintain a speed of 3.2 @ a 7% incline for 15 minues.
