I must be a freakin' genius. My ankles swell in the hot weather. It helps when I exercise. Hmm, how about if I break my exercise into two sessions, morning and evening so that maybe my ankles won't look like water jugs at the end of a day with a morning workout?
Aren't I clever? I mean, I've only had this problem since my teens, for crying out loud! So, several decades! And I just now figure this out. Good grief!
So an easy 30 minute walk this morning, another easy walk and weights tonight. It's going to be difficult to tell, however, if it helps as the weather has also cooled off today. Highs in the 50s. But I'll try and get in the routine of it so that when it warms up again, I'll be ready for it.
