Hi Lynt..... Things have been crazy for me this week. Both with work and trying to get everything ready for my family vacation...(to be honest though my wife is the one getting the majority of the stuff ready) Trying to follow the SB woe has been very difficult this week :? I ate way to little veggies and had to many turkey burgers.. Then yesterday I had a field trip to a PIZZA shop and had me 3 slices of pizza and a glass of soda. Let me tell you 3 slices of pizza is nothing, I could of easily eaten the whole pie by myself. Anyways, considering how my week went, I'm very pleased that I did not gain any weight, not saying that I lost any either.

The real challenge will start this coming Monday... as I will be leaving for the Philippines for 3 1/2 weeks. There will be an abundance of SB friendly sea food and veggies :D but there will also be white rice and the freshly baked pan de sal (sweet rolls), very hard to resist.

My only goal for my vacation is to enjoy myself... I doubt that I'll lose any weight but I surely hope I don't gain any.

Joe:

Keep it up, i've fallen off the beach the past two months. . . . .probably gained a few back, but then again I went from a size 38 to now a comfy size 34. . . . . but fluctuate between a 34 and a 36. . . Anyway, keep it up!
