Thanks Nessa! Ask me if I'm this stoked tomorrow when I can't lift my arm to brush my teeth and hair!

Hey! Glad to hear your session went well! I'm sure you'll be sore, but it's totally worth it, eh? Setting those solid goals for yourself are great!

Hey, just wanted to stop by and say HI. Thanks for stopping in. I am not very good at stopping in other journals. It seems to take all my energy to get to mine and the challenge. I am trying harder to stop in a few peoples journals. You are right this time is the last time. I am so ashamed of myself for falling back into bad habits and stopping the exercise. Now I know my downfalls I won't let them happen again.

Don't be ashamed, Redrabbit! If we were all perfect, we'd be so boring!

Okay, I'm really hurting today, so I think I'm going to skip yoga and go rollerblading instead while the rain holds off.

I have to say, I've never been much of a breakfast eater. I used to never eat breakfast, then while doing SB, I ate it because I had to. Today as I was making my steel cut oats, I realized that I now look forward to breakfast, like planning what to have, and really enjoy EATING it! What a huge change that is for me. My breakfast today was such a treat....steel cut oats with a few strawberries, turkey bacon, and coffee. It was just delicious and I enjoyed it so very much. That's progress for me.

Today's lineup (subject to change as per the mood of the author, of course!):

B: steel cut oats w/ strawberries, turkey bacon, coffee
S: ff cottage cheese, grape tomatoes
L: chicken salad lettuce wraps
S: high fiber cereal w/ blueberries
D: caesar salad with grilled pork tenderloin strips, milk

E: rollerblade 8 miles, stretching

Wow! You've got your whole day planned out. Good for you! And rollerblading is awesome. I used to go every day last summer. 5 miles behind a stroller was a good enough workout for me! And I definitely vote for that stretching. You need to ease out those muscles. I'm sure you'll feel tons better.

And I'm so happy for you that you've lost inches. Sometimes that's much better than pounds.

Oy! I'm dying here! I have exercise paralysis.

I'm really sore today from my trainer's butt whooping on me yesterday, so I decided to focus on cardio today. Normally I have TKD at noon on Tuesdays, but the school was closed today, so I decided to focus on cardio.

I rollerbladed 10 miles this morning and went on a 4 mile power walk with Olive the Wonder Dog this afternoon. I tried to do 4 miles in 50 mins. I accomplished that, but I'm so dragging. Olive is crashed.

I'm so sore that I could hardly get out of my clothes to shower when I got home this afternoon. Aaaah, that's good pain. The pain in my knees is another story.

Off for the Advil and yet another bottle of water!

Oh I know ~ I'm stretching everything I can, believe me. I can't figure out how to stretch my chest muscles, however. Now there's a visual for ya! I bet my husband would like to help.
