Spring Challenge Saturday Day 6

S: Banana w/2 T. PB
B: Omelet (1 egg, 2 egg whites, onions, mushrooms, ham, cheese)
L: 1/2 homemade turkey sandwich w/2 slices turkey bacon, lettuce, cheese, tomato)
S: 2 deviled eggs, a few Triscuits to tide me over until dinner
D: small amount of a beef casserole, 16 oz. stir-fry veggies

Water: 64 oz.
Exercise: 50 min. Kickboxing/40 min. Lower Body Weights

B: 3 egg ham and cheese omelet, 2 slices turkey bacon (DH made breakfast in bed :D)
S: banana w/2 T. PB
S: Triscuits w/mozzarella cheese slices
D: Chicken and Rice casserole, a huge salad (Romaine w/homemade Caesar dressing)

Water: 64 oz.
Exercise: Off Today!

S: Banana w/2 T. PB
B: Omelet (1 egg, 2 egg whites, onions, mushrooms, ham and cheese), 4 oz. yogurt
L: 1/2 turkey sandwich (1 slice ww bread, turkey, cheese, lettuce, tomato, cucumber, little mayo), Caesar salad, cumber slices and ranch
S: A few of those Pretzel Bites from Pretzel Maker
D: 1 slice pizza, Caesar salad
D: 1/2 c. ff/sf chocolate pudding w/2 T. Cool Whip

Water: 64 oz.
Exercise: C25K W2W1 (30 min. treadmill)

Spring Challenge Tuesday Day 9

S: Banana w/2 T. PB
B: 1/2 c. oatmeal w/dried apples, sf caramel syrup, 2 slices turkey bacon
L: Turkey sandwich (1 slice ww bread, 1 t. mayo 1/2 t. mustard, 2 slices deli turkey, 2 slices cheese, lettuce, tomato), 1 small zucchini roasted
D: 1/2 c. ww spaghetti, with nsa Hunts and A-Rod's veggie filled meatballs
D: some vanilla bean ice cream w/chunks of white chocolate macadamia nut cookie dough added (and I paid the price for it!)

Water: 72 oz.
Exercise: 50 min. cardio on my ball (interesting workout)

I definitely paid the price for my dinner and dessert. Before I even ate dessert my stomach was already hurting over the ww pasta. Next time I will definitely go with spaghetti squash. Then the ice cream, double trouble for my stomach in the middle of the night. Shouldn't have eaten so much. Now I know...

L: 1/2 homemade turkey sandwich, 1/2 cucumber slices, ranch
D: soft taco (ww tortilla, refried beans, meat, cheese, lettuce, tomato, cilantro, nf sour cream
D: tortilla chips and salsa/creamy chicken dip

Water: 72 oz.
Exercise: C25K W2W3 plus some extra walking (45 total)

Wow, I'm slacking on my food journaling. I don't know why, I just haven't sat down to do it the last couple of days.

Thursday:

S: Banana
B: oatmeal w/dried apples and cinnamon

D: 1 fudged striped shortbread cookie, a few m&ms

Water: 72 oz.
Exercise: C25K W3 (30 min. Treadmill)

S: shortbread cookie, a few m&ms
D: Taco salad (ground beef, refried beans, 2.5 c. romaine, tomatoes, cilantro, ff sour cream), 1 c. milk

Water: 72 oz.
Exercise: 25 min. low impact aerobics, 30 min. triceps weights
