So it is 75 calories of sweet treats a day or is it 100? I am starting on the 12th so I want to make sure I have this correct! Thanks!

I love Hidden Valley Ranch Buttermilk.... this is the nutrition facts.... Serving Size: 2 tbsp;
Calories: 140,
Total Fat: 14g,
Carbs: 2g,
Protein: 0g
Sugar 3g

From what I see I can use it, right?

Yup looks good! One question though, is the "2g carbs" total carbohydrates as they list them on the label? Because they should include the sugar... so the numbers seem weird.

Actually, one more thing to look at - the total fat is good, but how much saturated fat is there? There should be 2.5 grams or less s.fat per serving.

The nutrition facts look fine, but for something like this you want to check out the ingredients, to see if there might be anything unfriendly in the sauce they seem to have added to the meat. Check out the FAQ at the top of the page, I think it has a section about things to check for on food labels. Good luck!

I've looked, honest!

I've searched around the board, and can't find a yay or nay about this, so I've gotta ask...

What about unsweetened almond milk? There is no added sweetener, no trans fat or sat fat. 2g carbs and 1g fiber.

Hi,
New here. Just wanted to say thanks for the author of the expanded list of foods for Phase I. I think I can survive my 2 weeks now with the addition of kidney beans and such. I am only on day 3 but I am determined.

Cheers,

You lost 7 pounds in 3 days?? Congratulations! Keep it up. I was doing great for 2 weeks then Easter came along. I didn't blow it too much but I'm back on Phase 1. I've only lost 8!!

Just starting today

I am new to SBD and I really appreciate the posts. I have learned a lot I think - but much more to read and learn. I began on Atkins 1 mo ago, lost 15 lbs then tired of it and went off it for the last 4 days or so. I think I will be able to stick with SBD better because there is more of a variety.......one question..................Is it ok to have cr of mushroom soup on P1? It says 0 % sugar on the label. Thanks
