Just a quick check to see how everyone's doing ... I had a very nearly traumatic visit to Walgreen's, where I discovered a Russell Stover WHITE chocolate bunny filled with peanut butter. Big one. Heard it calling me before I even turned into that aisle. Walked past it several times before picking it up and looking at the nutrition information. Actually wasn't half bad, for a sugar-filled yummy thing. Placed it back on the shelf, paid for my stuff and left without a backward glance.
Hooray!
Now yes, I did come home and have some jellybeans while I filled baskets, but that was in the plan. One serving is 27 pieces, which is what I ate. And now I feel exceptionally ill. Seriously. Like, may need to get this outta my stomach ill. I'm hoping not, and I'm going to go drink a bunch of water to dilute it, but I am very regretful now. Penance!
Happy (official on the east coast, anyway) Easter!
Oh yeah, food for the day ...
B - steel-cut oats, NPB, Granny Smith apple
S - never had one
L - small piece of pork loin, a pound (literally) of roast asparagus
S - 1/2 WW pita w/NPB and strawberries
D - 3 Ryvita sesame rye crackers w/FF cheddar (broiled in oven), tomato soup, salad with Newman's RF raspberry walnut dressing
S - steamed milk w/SF vanilla syrup, jellybeans (blech!)
E - yoga, about 35 minutes
Haven't had all my water, but I'll do that now. Journaled here, and did exercise, so it's been a good day for Beaglebug goals. Better still, I went through about 8 loads of laundry so far, all of it folded and put away, and moved most of the clothes in my closet onto wooden hangers (I've only had them sitting around for 4 months or so ... about time!). Also have cleaned various spots around, and am going to keep going for a while.
Y'know, I was going to write some pithy thing about all my Easter candy cravings and how beastly advertising is, but I feel SO yucky right now that I'll pass. Going to go drink a quart and feel sorry for myself. Hope you all have a better night than I!
