Boy what an aweful weekend of eating pure crap. This is a first since I started this WOL almost 3 months ago. Oh well...must move on and get on with my life.

I cosumed today
milk
caramel pecan roll
cheese curds
sausage
4 cheetos
apple pie with cool whip
oatmeal pancakes-now that was good for me

I bet I am going to be sick tomorrow from the carbo overload. Plus TOM is coming. Yippee!!
