Extreme Challenge Sunday Day 7

B: Uncle Sam cereal, banana
L: Triscuits while running out the door to church
D: Corn dog and fries (they were baked at least) I know not a great choice (not even a good choice), but was starving after traveling and going straight to church and that is what dh made the kids.

Water: 72 oz.
Exercise: Scheduled Day Off (I should have made up my missed day, but Sunday is truly my day of rest :D )

Extreme Challenge Monday Day 8

B: Scrambled eggs, with ham and cheese, ww Tortilla
L: Popcorn chicken, broccoli w/shredded parm.
D: Big fat soft taco (ww tortilla, refried beans, taco meat, cheese, lettuce, tomato, nf sour cream)
D: 2 squares dark chocolate and a handful of skittles

Water: 72 oz.
Exercise: 30 min. Step, Upper body weights

Extreme Challenge Tuesday Day 9

Food:

S: Banana with PB (pre-workout)
B: Oatmeal with dried apples and sf caramel syrup
L: 2 small slices pizza (for my son's 4th b-day)
D: grilled chicken breast, broccoli, garden salad (and a few bites of chocolate chip pancakes) all from IHOP
D: Had to taste my son's birthday cake :wink:

Water: 72 oz.
Exercise: 31 min. on Treadmill

Thanks Pookie, Happy Tuesday to you too! I just got done with my time on the treadmill (we have been having spring like weather after what feels like sub-zero temps in the garage!) and I am on a high. Still need to stretch so I don't get shin splints. It's been a while since I walked like that.

D: SB Meatloaf, stir fry veggie
D: Some dark chocolate

Exercise: 60 min. kickboxing

S(if you can call it that):1 sq. dark chocolate
D: chicken breast, cooked carrots, dutch oven potatoes
D: small brownie/ice cream

Water: 72 oz.
Exercise: 60 min. Yoga

B: 2 eggs and ww toast (I know pretty weak, but it was almost noon!)
L: ww cheese quesadilla, cucumbers and ranch, 1 oreo
D: Mexican takeout (planned cheat meal), chimichanga, rice and beans, chips and salsa
D:4 sq. dark chocolate

Water: 96 oz.
Exercise: 30 min. boxing, 30 min. core strengthening

L: the last of the soft taco stuff (ww tortilla, meat, cheese, tomato, nf sour cream, cilantro)
S: vanilla dipped ice cream cone
D: ham fried rice and orange chicken (good thing we don't lose points for going off SB :wink:)

Water: 72 oz.
Exercise: 25 min. on treadmill, upper body weights

I made my new recipe today. I did an eggplant lasagna in my crock pot. I thought it was good, my kids ate most of it, my husband picked out the eggplant, I have have of it left over for lunch the next couple of days.

Extreme Challenge Monday Day 15

S: 4 oz. yogurt (Pre-workout)
B: ww english muffin, scrambled eggs and cheese
S: crackers and cheese
L: leftover eggplant lasagna
D: corn dog (darn that convenience and frugality), 2 c. broccoli

Water: 72 oz.
Exercise: C25K W1W1, core strengthening

I'm not doing so well with my eating, maybe it's because I don't get any points for it. :wink: That is so silly that a few points are a big deal in how I eat. Or maybe it's because I'm so close to my goal that in my mind I keep thinking, this (insert food item of choice) isn't going to make me gain if I eat it and workout tomorrow (at least I am exercising, or I would be gaining). I don't know what I can do to fine tune my eating, or if I even care at this point. I just want to eat whatever I want, and by I mean whatever I want I mean whatever I want that is unhealthy, because I have no problem eating healthy. If fact, I love vegetables probably more than is healthy (if that is possible). I will eat an entire pound bag of frozen stir fry veggies in one sitting, easy. It's just that sometimes I want something "good" (like a corn dog, which is ironic because I hated them as a kid, and now I absolutely love them. Oh well, just my rant and rambling for the night. Back to my broccoli... I'll be copying this into my team chat thread for team reading.

Extreme Challenge Thursday Day 18

B: banana, omelet (1 egg, 2 egg whites, peppers, onions, cheese)
L:
D: 16 oz. bag of stir fry veggies plus some broccoli that I threw in, a couple of chicken nuggets and popcorn chicken
D: 2 chocolate truffles, 3 dark chocolate covered cherries
Later: 3-4 cups popcorn with half a small bag of m&ms tossed in.

I feel like I could eat anything and everything right now. It's a good thing that I don't have much of the bad stuff in the house. Plus my hubby is out of town on business, so I can't leave the house while the kids are sleeping to go get anything.

Water: 88 oz.
Exercise: None today, had to go to the doctor. I hope to make it up tomorrow and Saturday. :?

Extreme Challenge Week 3 Day 5 Friday

Feeling great this morning! Although hungry since I snacked late last night. Ready for my pre-workout banana and PB and to change into my workout clothes.

S: Banana w/PB
B: omelet (1 egg, 2 egg whites, peppers, onions, cheese), 4 oz. yogurt
L: 1 cup ww pasta w/tomato sauce and cheese, 1 cup cucumber slices and ranch
S: 2 cups popcorn
D: 1 slice pepperoni pizza, a huge salad (spring mix, mushrooms, tomatoes, cukes), 4 (Papa John's) cheese sticks

Water: 72 oz.
Exercise: 45 min. Boxing, Core Strengthening, Lower Body Weights
