I've actually been making it without the riccotta. Too lazy I guess

Exercise today was the elliptical for 40 min and then some abs.

how is everything going with the challenge? have you been getting your water in?

Good luck and hope you have a good weekend!

This past week I have not been doing so great on the food. Maybe I am not eating enough in some meals? I just end up having a cookie here and a piece of chocolate there or saying- hey let's go for pizza.
You;d think I'd be more motivated with the Extreme Challenge going on :? Well I guess I just need to dig in and keep going.
But on the positive side a downloaded a good elliptical workout from itrain and I really like it. The day after I tried it I was down to 142.0 but of course with what I ate over the weekend I am sure that didn't help.
So this week I will do the elliptical again to shake things up and do better with the eating.

Monday:
B: Moatmeal, coffee
S: triscuits, cheese, ham
L: salad, protein (not sure- going to a luncheon, but that is what I will have)
S: pb on WW
D: chicken w/ sweet potatoes, salad
Dess: little dish of ice cream :D

I love the elliptical because it is easy on the joints! I would definitely try to eat more veggies and such during the day... if I don't, I am starving and binging by evening time.
