In the past , when I was 12 ,I weigh 68 km. On the long-holiday I look at my
stomach and make resolution for myself.
"I will be healthier when I start new semester!!!"
Then , I do execise every day by step is
1. I do the "Stepper machine " 2 times/day (30 min./time)
2. I swim 1 time/day (about 45 min.)
I can see the changes in my body. I loss my weight about 12 kg. in 2 month!!
(Oh, I forget- and I subside the food)
