OK, Extreme Challenge Day One!!
S: Banana (pre-workout)
B: Omelette (1 egg, 2 egg whites, peppers, mushrooms), 4 oz. strawberry yogurt, ww toast w/smart balance
L: A big salad (romaine, cucumbers, mushrooms, tomatoes), buttermilk ranch dressing, 3 slices of ham and cheese, Tricuits (Garden Herb flavor)
D: Tex-Mex Chicken (See here

D: Apple and Neufchatel Cheese with caramel Davinci syrup
Water: 72 oz.
Exercise: Kickboxing and Upper Body Weights
I seemed to have forgotten to eat my snacks at snack time. Maybe that would explain the hunger.
Oh well, I made it through day 1 of this extreme challenge. Going to go catch up on my my reality tv now!
