today was fine. nothing special. did do homework and dishes only today, and then went to school. but slept in late, it was nice! havent been very hingry today, it was weird. i also had an egg for breakfast, very odd for me. i just wasnt hungry for anything big. and didnt have lunch until around 4. snacks were brought to class, ding dongs to be exact. no thank you.

b - 1 egg, yogurt with strawberries
l - cheese quesadilla, kidney beans with cheese, salsa, and sour cream, carrots with ranch, santosha smoothie
d - oven fried chicken, steamed carrots, zucchini, and summer squash
d - not yet, pb and banana i would venture

exercise -

arms, core, and stretching

tomorrow, again no work, group meeting at 1, group therapy at 3:30, class at 5:30. ewwww.

today was just another day. spent most of it on campus, spent the most of my night worrying about job interview tomorrow morning. really scared. exercise reflects my increased anxiety:

elliptical, 30 min

cal - 471
distance 1.06

most ever. i have a lot of pent up energy. hopefully will be ok after tomorrow morning.

also have not been hungry today due to above stated anxiety:

b - santosha smoothie
l - 1/2 blt, cottage cheese, cherry tomatoes, carrots
s - latte
d - hot dog, salad, strawberries with yogurt
s - will probably be banana and pb.

i will be more interesting tomorrow. must be off to worry some more.

can't wait to hear how the job interview went. I am still waiting to hear back on my job stuff too!!

Way to go on the working out!! That is awesome...keep it up!!

today was really nerve-wracking. is that how its spelled? anyways, i missed a meal completely. i was at work and couldnt get away. but the weird thing was, i wasnt really hungry until dinner time, where i at least made up for missing the veggies at lunch and also had some cheese for extra protein. i couldnt eat this morning before my interview...i am one of those people who, when nervous, feels really sick, and was so not in the mood for breakfast! however, i came home between the interview and work and had a late breakfast, which could explain the no hunger/lack of a meal...

anyhow, the interview went extremely well, i think it was the best interview i have ever had. and that makes it ok if i didnt get the job. i didnt slip up or get stuck on any question, and felt very comfortable from the beginning. we ended up going about 40 min, with some time spent talking about our animals. its always good to make some sort of a connection. and if i am the queen, as she calls it, i will hear by the end of the week and will begin february 1. wowwww!

ok so food:

b - cereal, strawberries with yogurt, v8
l - none...
d - chili parmesan chicken, 1 WHOLE steamed zucchini, 1 WHOLE steamed summer squash, handul of carrots, dried berries
d - still need at least 1 more grain and 1 more fruit. we shall see what unfolds, its already almost midnite!

exercise -
30 min core
25 min stretching with stability ball. interesting experience, to say the least!

will keep job status updated.

ok still no news. they will probably call while im at my other job. hopefully i can answer the phone!

didnt get to post yesterday, the site was being really slow and i just gave up.

so here is info from yesterday:

b - 1/4 ww waffle, strawberries with yogurt, 1 piece turkey bacon, milk, v8
l - 1/2 turkey sandwich on whole wheat bread with lettuce, tomatoes, mayo and cheese. soup.
s - apple
d - cheeseburger (super extra lean or whathaveyou), kidney beans, baby carrots with ranch, salad
s - banana with pb, sf syrup, and cool whip

exercise -
30 min elliptical
cal -447
distance - 1.00

also did arm work and a light streching.

we will see what today brings.

no word on the job. they are supposed to call either way... i just wish they wouldnt have said they were going to choose by the end of the week and then not. oh well.

d - will be turkey chimichanga... but not fried. so i guess its like burritos.

today was a nice day. just normal, kinda.
did practice therapy this morning. went very well! then visited mom for a little.
came home, ummmm... did dishes, went to dog park, had lunch, took shower, made cookies.

ray came home. we watched some tv, and then he fell asleep, so i exercised. ate dinner, and here we are.

food:
b - cereal, yogurt with strawberries, v8
s - latte during therapy (we met at starbucks, of course)
l - chicken chili, caesar salad
s - apple, cheese
s - oatmeal pb chocolate chip cookie
d - shrimp scampi, asparagus with shoyu, ww spaghetti with cheese
s - currently having a chai, will have banana and pb soon

exercise:
30 min elliptical

distance - 1.03
cal - 460

arm and ab work. phew!

today was pretty busy, went to visit mom and sister and then came home, did homework, dinner, and then got to relax!

d - pizza night, as usual! as well as salad.
d - pb and banana, ricotta and cheesecake flavored pudding. mmmm!

no exercise! it feels so weird, but so nice!

the site has been really slow the past few nights, so i havent been able to post anything. i normally come on around 11, and i thought if i tried earier i may have better luck. and i am!

ok so i have decided to step up my exercise by 5 min a day. its not too bad!

monday:
food - no idea. cannot remember.

exercise - elliptical, 35 min.
cal - 505
distance - 1.12

tuesday:

b - cereal, v8, turkey bacon, yogurt with strawberries
l - 1/2 blt, cottage cheese, cherry tomatoes, salad
s - apple
d - salmon, soba noodles, steamed asparagus and carrots
s - banana with pb, riccotta w/ cheesecake pudding

exercise - elliptical, 35 min
cal - 540
distance - 1.21 (it was an intense episode of lost
(last episode of season 1), i think it made me go faster!)

today:

b - ww waffle, turkey bacon, yogurt with strawberries, milk, v8
l - salad
d - will be skirt steak, rice, and steamed veggies
d - 2 fruits somehow... im sure banana with pb and... who knows!

exercise -
elliptical, 35 min
cal - 523
distance - 1.17

ive also been drinking about 90 oz. of water every day this week, will try to keep it up!

today was a fine day. didnt really do much except some general housework and prepare for presentation tonight. oh and i bought rays valentines gifts! i think i did that for a solid 3 hours. but at least its done!

s - warm milk with cookie dough syrup. mmmm!

d - hot dogs! mmm. 1 steamed zucchini, 1 cup raw carrots

arms and core. phew! my lost dvd died during my abs, had to call ray in to fix, to no avail. actually, i have just been informed that its the player, not the dvd. so my printer is broken and my little dvd player is broken. luckily we have like 7 in the house.

did not meet water requirement for the day. humph.

today was a good day. found out i got the job, woohoo! it was also ray's graduation day and we were going out to dinner with a bunch of people at a chinese buffet place around here, and ray was already planning on eating off diet. i was planning on maybe having 1-2 things not usually eaten, and that is what happened! it went pretty well! i figured i just got a new job, i should eat something i havent had for a while. no problem.

b - cereal, turkey bacon, v8
l - salad, carrots, some cheese
d - lots of baby carrots, mushrooms, crab legs, prawns, sauteed cabbage and zucchini. a small spring roll. a few bites of cake. all in all, not too bad!

except i havent had any fruit today!!!!! im in trouble.

d - chicken apple sausage, some sort of veggies (havent eaten yet)

distance - 1.24

yesterday i began to cover up the time on my elliptical so i couldnt see how much longer i had, and it has made me go faster/longer distance. ive been setting the kitchen timer that i cant see from the patio. its amazing!

man ive been lacking journal-wise these past few days. so much going on!

anyhow, i have decided to step up my cardio once again! i have taken the resistance back down to 3 and will be going for 40 min. i did it for the first time today and was like wow!

food:
b - steel cut oats with syrup, sb, milk and sugar twin brown, turkey bacon, v8, milk, strawberries with yogurt
l - chicken apple sausage, salad, apple with cheese
d - will be something at the fish market. yum! certainly basil cherry tomatoes and green beans with snapper, i would guess...
d - banana with pb, cool whip, and chocolate syrup

exercise - 40 min elliptical
cal - 549
distance - 1.43

pretty good!

blah today. felt very tired. really bad headache this afternoon. tom around the corner is why. yuck!
did lots of shopping today, bought a bunch of new clothes for work. it was really fun! well at least i had fun... i cant really say the same for ray though...

distance - 1.21 or something

i was feeling icky, did not do so great. but at least stayed with it for 40 min. then took a nice long nap!

i lost 5.5 inches this month, and 4 pounds. amazing!

food:
b - 2 eggs with cheese, i slice turkey bacon, v8
s - santosha smoothie
l - 1/2 blt, carrots
s - apple, cheese, 4 almonds
d - pizza as usual, salad
d - banana and pb, vanilla chai

exercise - dog walk. didnt plan anything for today, so thats great!
