I am excited to be home and work on P2. I am home for approx 4 weeks, and then I leave to study abroad in Australia!!!!!
Here is what I have ate today so far...PLEASE feel free to critique...Even though I have looked over lots of things on this site and how to eat the proper meals I still need all the help I can get!!
Breakfast
1 egg
1 slice canadian bacon
1 slice whole wheat bread
6 oz V8
1 cup milk
Lunch
1 cup lettuce w/: Crabmeat and melted 1 slice f/f cheese.
Less than TBS of real bacon bacon bit
2 tbs Italian dressing
6 oz V8
Snack
1 lg leaf of lettuce wrapped with: Crabmeat
2 slice ff cheese
Dinner
1 cup homemade turkey chilli
1 tbs sour cream
1 cup milk
Water
8 Glasses
Exercise
30 min on treadmill
Attempted Prevention AB tape
10 min pilates sculpting
