Sooo bummed - back to work tomorrow after a nice long week and half vaca
I feel very good about this weekend. I don't feel the urge to cheat at all at this point. Sometimes I can feel myself on the verge of inhaling everything. For now, it isn't even a struggle. I still have not figured out if that is blood sugar or mental, maybe a bit of both. At any rate, while I am in a good place, I am going to go 100%. I am currently doing P1 just because I find it easier to keep in check. I know I need to add some grains or fruit, which I will do once I hit mini goal #1 (2 lbs away). I know P1 is not supposed to be healthy, but I must say, I eat a ton of veggies and lean protein, so I know it is better than I used to eat. However, I must learn to do better with this moderation thing, sooo, try, try again!
