Woo hoo!! 2 pounds.
Yesterday I decided I would not have grains with dinner, since I think my portions were creeping up, causing a stall. Well, this morning I was down 2 lbs. Of course I want to wait and see if it stays down or jumps back up. Not sure if it was that or the exercise I've been doing, but I will definitely be rethinking my dinner menu!!!
In other news, I got laid off from work. It's not the biggest tragedy, since I was definitely not happy, but it is pretty scary. I want to do something different. I really don't like project management. Too much drama!
