hi Lisa-

WELL DONE!!! I agree with Lisa- nice having you in the same clothes- you can see the difference so DRAMATICALLY!! Those jeans are falling off you and your hips are jutting out!! I think I might do the same-take a photo in the same clothes every couple months- just bought a top, which is TOO small really- but a good way to see as I lose.

cos XD I was really fatty wen I was kid... the I become in a slender person XD but my skin wanted to keep being "fatty" xD and yours seems to adjust your body like if you never have some extra pounds!

I don't want that happend to me again...did you do something?

(my skin hates me...that's the problem XD.. is not an elastic tipe..I'm more like an old lady... and Im 20!)

...I don't know, i am lucky, however i was only 45 lbs overweight.

I do have some faint stretch marks on my upper thighs and breasts but nothing to really worry about.


I have been up and down the scales my whole adult life...from 116 up to my heaviest 165, so my body has expanded and retracted so many times, it is used to it! :oops:

The latter is true to a point, but yo yo ing is detrimental to ones mind and body....I am very lucky to have good skin, which i have obviously always taken for granted....Now you have brought it to my attention, i feel very thankful not to have wrecked my skin.

I do have yukky varicous veins though :evil:

You should ask if there are others with the same problem...maybe they can advise......maybe the skin will go back, maybe it takes time?

Thanks so much......but ignore what i said about my being lucky with good skin!!!!

Not to be negative, but my bottom now looks like someone came and stuck a pin in it...it looks like a deflated balloon.

I am not too worried as i am about about to start weight training again, so i will be able to build up my bottom through squats and lunges.

I am now well below target, partly due to being in hospital for 2 weeks with some unexpected illness (who expects to get ill?), that baffled both me and the doctors?

It was some kind of infection, with fever and a lot of pain (suspected chronic colon sickness), but i seem to be on the mend....fingers crossed.


I will post more pictures very soon, but i don´t think those jeans will stay up now :P

I hope you're feeling better. We're all here because we want to lose weight... but I don't think any of us want to lose weight due to poor health!

Those are seriously amazing progress pics. Your arms are definitely thinner, and even the shirt is loose, not to mention the jeans!

WOW!

You look fabulous! Good on ya! How long did it take you to lose that much weight? The first thing I noticed was your "newfound" hipbones! :lol: You should be very proud of yourself cause you look amazing!

I love looking at people's before/during/after pics...motivates me even more! Congrats again and glad to hear that you are feeling better :)

These pics are fantastic! You look great!

Have to confess that the hip bones comments make me laugh, because I have freakish hipbones. When I'm at an official "Poor" % body fat and 20 lbs overweight, my hipbones still stick out so much that it bruises me to lay on my belly on the floor. I have to put a pillow under my hips if I want to watch TV that way. I am one bony fatty. :) Maybe I should have a ton of babies.

Your hipbones, on the other hand, look wonderful! Congrats.
