Lisa, great idea doing the exact same picture over and over. you can see the difference so clearly. Your arms are definitely showing the loss as well.

You are my inspiration. Do you follow a workout plan, or just the WOE? I exercise like a fiend for the most part, but have been naughty with my food since getting married. And let me tell you: you can exercise all you want, but if you eat crap, you'll look like crap. I'm living proof! :oops: :lol:

Thanks again for the lovely comments, it is really a nice feeling to be an inspiration.

I have not exercised much :? However i am fairly active with work and walking my dogs 3 times a day etc.

You will get best results if you exercise and stick with it. Find some thing you enjoy!!

I also find that wheni do exercise,i am less likely to overeat.

I am just starting up with weight training again, you cant beat it for weight loss...

Fabulous update! You've done amazingly well! I love that you have a progressive series of photos. As much as we'd like the weight to disappear overnight, it is always a progressive process. You are an inspiration!!!

Oh thank you, you are lovely :)

I wanted the weight to come off fast, i would get so stressed when it didnt, which would make me want to eat more :?

I really had to work on my attitude....the less i tought about weight loss, the easier the whole process was and the weight came off faster.

I dont think i ever lost more than 2lbs a week.

I think one of the hardest things about losing weight is that it never comes off as fast as we'd like or as fast as we think it should. However, as your photos show, patience and persistence DO pay off!

Hi Lisa!

I am a Lisa as well. You are soooo motivational and I love the way that you posted your pictures in the same outfit and in the same pose. I am going to do that too and have about the same amount of weight to lose as you and a similar body type, although I am only 5'4"

Could you tell me how you posted your pictures on this site? I have my pictures in my "My Pictures" file of my PC. I have read the instructions on posting pictures but I feel pretty numb about how to do it. I am thinking that maybe if you were to explain it in a different way, it might finally click. Thanks Lisa and congratulations! Looking forward to more pictures. You are such an inspiration!!!

Hiya,

Glad my pics are so motivating, it still amazes me that i can inspire people :) , considering i never thought i could do this.

I just put some pics on photo bucket.com and then under each pic you get some links to cut and paste.

You cut and pate the IMG link into forums etc and it shows as a photo.

Let me know if u need help :wink:
