Thank you for sharing your before and after photo. It are comparisons such as this that really help with the motivation...since I so need to find where my motivation and "faith" to succeed has gone. My beginning is the same as yours and it is nice to see how much a difference loosing that weight can make. I would be interested to know how it has effected your life personally too...if you ever want. For example, I lost quite a bit of weight before (but gained it back...but at least I quit smoking!) and I found out that some female friends in my life didn't like my loss of weight so much. That sort of thing.

Silver: Luckily, I have not had any problems with friends or family not being happy for me and my weight loss. I know this can be a problem for some people, so I am quite happy to have such good support.
