Yes, salad is most definitely a trigger. I don't mind the frequent trips to the bathroom, but the PAIN is a bummer.
I would say for the first 2.5 weeks, I suffered more. Yogurt does help (try FF, SF Jello powder in it or Da Vinci SF syrup in there to flavor it). BUT the biggest help was adding a banana during the first week of Phase 2. Some kind soul here suggested it, and it has really worked wonders.
