How old is your baby? When mine were little, I would put them in a stroller and take them for a walk for about an hour almost every day. It was fabulous: they got a nap (and with my oldest, that was just about the ONLY way to get him to nap!), I got some exercise, and I lost all my pregnancy weight and then some by the time each of them was 8 months old!
Of course, this is trickier to manage when they get too old to want to stay in the stroller for that long, or when there are older ones to schedule around...

One thing I haven't done is exercise. I know I need to, especially now.
