New pics again!
These are to mark my 1st beachiversary. I began this adventure one year ago today (06/30/05) and a whole 80 lbs to go. I am still trying to lose, but am very pleased with all that I have accomplished thus far.

The pic on the left was taken the day I started, and on the right are 2 from today.

These are pics I posted about 6 weeks ago - I am sporting my size 12's on the left, and my old 24's on the right.

Here are the newest ones:
The pic on the left is from 06/30/05 - the day I started last summer.

The one on the right is from 08/25/06. I have not dropped a pound since the first week of June, but have continued to slim down with the addition of running and biking this summer.

Thought I would add another comparison. This one shocked my DH. The left is my "school picture" from about 3 years ago. The one on the right is from this year. It was taken Sept. 5, but he says I look thinner now than in this pic. What a nice guy!

Your progress is awesome. Great job - we all know that losing weight is not easy and you have a lot to be proud of!!!
Uh oh ... I stepped away from the BEACH. 5 yrs and two babies later ...
SBD Since 1/3/06 and now again 2/12/10 and again 10-22-11 (1 MORE baby later!!)

anne you look so amazing, thank you for finally sharing this inspiration with others. us 5'ers are soooo proud of you and all you do and all you stand for, you are a rock for us and please keep the good news coming as we know you will!!!!!

it really shows ALOT and i can now see why all your co-workers are asking and noticing and talking about what you are doing:) you go girl....

Hey - thanks everyone. I appreciate it.

It certainly is much harder to take it off than it was to put it on, but with it off life is getting much easier! For that I am certainly willing to work hard.

Great Job, AnneG! I saw you're from Central MA! I'm out in Easthampton!

We were talking, last fall, about having a big SB potluck for all us New Englanders some time and now that the Viking and I are back on the beach, I still think it's a fun idea!

Anyway, you're making /fabulous/ progress! Keep up the GREAT work!
