- started taking Holy Basil herbs to control Cortisol
Weight Loss: 1 lbs
Week 2 (1/16 - 1/22)
- went to Florida on business (1/21-24)
- while in FL cheated on chocolate, alcohol and grapes
Weight Loss: 3.5 lbs
Week 3 (1-23 - 1/29)
- started taking Green Tea pills
- joined a 100-day challenge
Weight Loss: 0.5 lbs (now at 170.8 )
