Misskt- I really enjoy bootcamp. In fact I am signing up for round 2!!!
Let's see:
1. I find that it really helps me focus, and keeps SB at the forefront of what I am doing. For example if I am tired and just want to relax in front of the couch, I remember that I still need to get in 90 min of cardio for the week so I better get moving!
2. I certainly wouldn't remember to drink all the water I should if it weren't for bootcamp making it a "requirement".
3. You get to "know" people a little better and encourage each other. You feel proud when one of your squadmembers is doing well and losing. Or if someone else is stalled too you feel like you're in it together (though you can also get that from people you see a lot on the boards

)
So yeah, basically it helps me focus on the goal. And don't let it intimidate you- the last couple of months the exercise requirements for the week have been 90min strength, 90 cardio, 30 stretching. And I know you do at least that.
