Marta! whats going on ? hows the battle? i finally weighed myself yesterday and today...yesterday was bad, and today was a little better ...got fitday software, adn i'm keeping track of everything i eat...it showed me some interesteing stuff...waaayyy too much sodium!, also did a water calculation and found out that when i work out i should be drinking about 16 more oz for every 30 minutes..! so didn't workout yesteday, but kept sodium down and drank a ton of water to flush the previous day....and seemed to help.! maybe thats something you could look into? I still haven't broken my stall, when i'm steadily under 134.5 i will consider it broken..but until then! acK!... :D how's yours going?

Hi guys! I've been swamped at work and battling a cold. But I have managed to stay OP and get some exercise in here and there.

Karen- I'm still stuck I think. The scale is really fluctuating a lot (well I guess that means that I am- but you know what I mean). Not quite sure what to do about it. I need to just keep my nose to the grindstone and not even think about it. Today we went for Thai food and I'm sure there's TONS of sodium in there. I'll be drinking lots of water. Also spinning seemed to help last week so I'll probably go tomorrow morning.
So I don't know. It's 143, 146, 149 (eek) then back to 143. No matter what I do really. And I drink so much water as you know.
:?

Have you tried food analysis or some calorie counting?

I had a week like that a few weeks ago. All of a sudden, I dropped 5 lbs and the scale stayed down! I think it is our bodies fighting the weightloss. Have patience and things will right themselves.

Thanks guys- nah I haven't tried it. Saw you were doing Fitday. I've done it before but maybe I'll give it a try. I think maybe I am just having too many on-plan things like nuts or grains.
I think i need to go back to being more strict with portions.

So today I got my butt out of bed at the incredibly early hour of 8:30am :P and got to the gym in time for a 10am Spin class. I walk in and the instructor says you can't come in :? I was like well what time does it start??? and she says 9:30. ack. I just hadn't been there since they changed it. Ah well. So I did some cardio and some WT. I really think spinning will help lose some of the extra weight. I can see the muscles just begging to be liberated from the flab!!!

I want to start being more strict with P2. I feel like I'm letting too much off plan stuff creep in and that's why I haven't lost in ages. I thought I was being all good, but the sad fact is I've gotten lazy about it lately. Some white rice here, Chipotle there, these awesome French Vanilla coffees from the machine (no idea what's in there) Yeah. Not so good. So back to posting menus.

B: mock oatmeal w/raspberries
Gym: WT arms, elliptical
S: Triscuits & 2 cheese sticks, 4 dried apricots, coffee
L: leftover chicken w/sweet potatoes, steamed veggies
S: yogurt w/ raspberries, tea
D: streak, rice, asparagus.
Dess: hot choc
lots of water.....

Moatmeal!!! That's awesome

So I think I'm back on track. Eating strict P2, exercising..... the weight has been consistent at 143 (not changing the ticker till it goes down!!! )
I'm mad about time wasted while I wasn't paying enough attention to what I was eating. grrrrrrr. But I learned a good lesson.

Just wanted to say hi! Looks like lots of us are in the same boat, but i checked out the thread you listed from pjams and that is interesting. I have currently been going to the gym 5 days for 45 min-1 hr. I was planning on weighing in on monday, but i may wait a week or so, just to see what happens. :D
