Paradigm--Wow, another 1.5 lbs! Yeah!!!!

In my experience with the boob phenomenon: after wieght loss in the past, my breast got smaller gradually and looked more...youthful. The skin didn't sag or anything and they were a lot more perky. I have never not had large breasts (well, since the 5th grade), but when I was thinner, I felt more comfortable with them and my bras fit way better. So, I am looking forward to that change.

Greetings Paradigmshift -
finally had the chance to get through your journal and thank you for dropping by mine to encourage me. Congrats on your success and great to hear you have continued to drop pounds after shifting to P2. I am enjoying the first week of loss in P1 and a bit nervous about adding things back in - glad to know the loss will continue.

Your journal is great - so wonderful to see the impact you have had on others here - you are a blessing!

have a great week,

BB

I get tired just before PMS, too. I think it's the hormone fluctuations or something. There will be a couple of days I am crushingly tired, even when I exercise regularly (which usually gives me LOTS of energy). :)

Hope you feel better soon. :)

worked all day and had visitors. I did an intentional cheat roflol!! One of my only times hallelujah. I ordered lunch in with antipasto salad and cheese bread sticks. I had two  . I am just really concerned with glycemic response and cravings coming back so they didn't and I am fine!

B: 2 eggs, v8, oatmeal, milk. sprinkle of nuts
s:NONE
L: Antipasto salad w/ranch, breadsticks, diet coke
S: chocolate ricotta with nuts and choc chips
D: BBQ chicken(no skin), baked yam
S: homemade hot cocoa YUM!!

I just realized my fruit is wayyyy down! I wanted to intentionally add grains and fruit. I have gobs of it around but it just didnt make it in my mouth today!! I want to try harder.

Not as tired today! Hooray!!
