Good to see an updated photo of you... this thread started a LONG time ago! Try not to be too hard on yourself about gaining some of the weight. I'm sure you know that a side effect of many anti-depressants is weight gain. The second time around on the Beach has been easier for me... I hope you'll find the journey easier this time too!
