) I think I will have a diet dp with the real cherry stuff at sonic on occasion. I see that you do it right around weigh in time...you know I have not weighed in a while should I run and do that? BRB....Hmm I walked to the bathroom and had to pee. Guess I forgot what I was there for LOL...anyway I want to "weight" til Friday cause that will be a full week and I really don't feel like stripping down necked right now. Oh yeah it is a scary sight but I weigh in my birthday suit. I even take off my watch, ring and hair clip if my hair is up. Is that weird? I sure am glad the folks on Celebrity Fit Club do not have to weigh naked...geez!

So about my menu...I think I did not eat nearly enough today. My kid drove me batty (cannot say nuts anymore cause it makes me think about my almonds and pecans in the dumpster LOL) the baby is teething and my X is coming back from pakistan tomorrow so I headed over to clean his place. The only thing to eat there was very fattening frozen puffy bread. I did not have any. So lets see the damage shall we?
B-2 c. sauteed mushrooms and 2 eggs
S-2 celery stalks and light laughing cow wedge
L-salad w/2 c. spinach, boiled egg 2 oz. deli turkey and 1 TB Ranch
S-splenda sweetened B&B pickles (about 6) 1 oz. lf moz. cheese and 2 pieces canadian bacon
D- 1 TB PB/2TB coolwhip lite and 1fudgcicle
Drinks-1 8oz can diet pepsi 2 c. decaf tea w/splenda 60 oz. water
Hmm I think I forgot dinner...I am sure I fed the kids but yeah I did I skipped dinner. How bad is that? Looking over this menu I think I needed some more protein or something. Any suggestions. I wonder how many calories that is, I think I will log it on fitday. com just to see cause I am not into trying to starve myself. Maybe I will eat some cauliflower and ranch before bed cause I missed some of my fats too. HMMM better day tomorrow I am gonna make the curried chicken recipe I found on here for my X.
