Im not sure how well it works if you were to type in stuff, but I plan on printing it out and writing stuff in myself

That's really cool! I like the water boxes and the space to indicate exercise...

Then only thing I would do different to it ... is to incorporate a shopping list/guide. Perhaps on the reverse. You could total up the week's foods, then develop a shopping list.

Actually, my first try did include a column that had notes/grocery store list but it didn't fit on the page =o) so I had to tweek it with what would fit

Your chart looks like a really great idea. Right now I am trying to keep a journal by writing out what I eat all day but your chart looks like it would make things a lot easier. Please send me a copy of the chart. Thanks :D

It is great .. an upgrade idea would be to add a checkbox for protein and veggies under B'fast, lunch and dinner. Sometimes I end up not having a very balanced meal.
