Good luck to you all beginning and re-beginning the SBD! As for the 75 calories...I highly suggest you don't take them in all at once. If you're like me, you get cravings where you've just GOT to have something at certain times during the day. For example, my husband and I are pretty much addicted to those fudgesicles-- only 45 calories a piece! Well, that leaves 30 calories left to play around with. Some days I might not have anything else. (Yeah, THAT doesn't happen often! haha)
But seriously, that leaves room for a piece of dark chocolate, some sugar-free candy, etc. If you like peppermint patties, the sugar-free ones are great. Sugar-free hard candy goes a long way for what little calories they contain. And forgive me, but I'm all about the chocolate, so I usually have a piece of Hershey's Special Dark Chocolate with almonds.
The key is to make sure you stay within your limits and do your best not to exceed those 75 sugar-free (junk) calories a day.
The thing is I truly love to eat. So, I'm not about to waste all my calories in one sitting unless it's truly worth it. Drag it out, is what I suggest, and it'll seem to go further.
However, do what works best for you, because you're the one who's got to be happy and feel satisfied in order to continue this WOE.
Best wishes!

Thanks for the advice sa7r6a. Today I stretched out my snack and had a mini reeses cup (sugar free) and my jello instead of having it at lunch. I usually want something right after school on the drive home....around 3pm....When I go to phase 2 i'll have my apple :)

Notice the post pics are of us fully clothed, and NOT in bathing suits.
I lost the weight quickly, but it's taking a lot more time for my skin to firm up.
As I think I mentioned earlier, I pretty much gave up my exercise routine when I began this diet. I occassionally try to get in 1/2 hour of aerobics 3 days a week. I rarely accomplish this.
I DO however spend most of my time TRYING to keep house and caring for my two small children-- 4 and 1 1/2 year olds. I find just keeping busy helps to keep me in fair shape.
Unfortunately, to get rid of the flabby skin, all I really have to recommend to you is time. I didn't think stretch marks, excess skin, etc. could get worse than mine, and unbelievably, it's finding it's way back together without the dreaded tummy tuck, etc. Granted, I'll probably never be perfect, but who out there is?

Oh my Lord!!! I tried this diet last week, and fell right off. I was going through the posts trying to find some motivation to attempt it again, and your pics did it for me. I can't believe how great you too look!!!

Congratulations! You both should be so proud!
