HOLY COW!!!!! I am truly amazed!!! You guys should definitly win an award for the QUEEN AND KING of SOUTH BEACH!!!!!! You guys are BEAUTIFUL and look HOT!!!!!! HOLY WOW!!!! I even had to show my DH. 6 months????? WOW!!!

Maybe there should be a show on TV showing the transformation that have taken place because of the SB Diet !!! this would be encouragement for many others, Thank You for sharing.

You 2 are an inspiration to all of us slugging away at our own weight issues!!!!

You guys look FANTASTIC. I can't believe y'all did this in only 6 months. Just think: those same 6 months out of your life would have passed anyway; instead of just keeping things the same, all you did was change the way you eat and add a little exercise, and just look at the results. Two slim, healthy people. P.S. - What beach were those first photos taken on? Looks like the Texas coast to me! I'm guessing Galveston!
