Awe...shucks! You guys are too good to me ! I must admit I felt pretty good today!! You are welcome at my house anytime...I always have 3X3's on hand !!

Menu for today:

B. 3X3 turkey spinach mushroom & olive quiche

S. None..had to get my hair cut !

L. WW English muffin w/Boca burger, lettuce, tomato, pickles & K & M
medium salad w/tomato LF jarlsburg, chickpeas & ceasers dressing

S. None

D. 2oz sirloin strips stirfry /peapods baby corn,,mushrooms & zuchinni
1C fresh blueberries w/ FF yogurt, vanilla & splenda

S. Definately gonna be peanut butter cup tonight!

I think at this point I should be having at least 2 fruit & 2 grains per day....is that correct??? Does an english muffin count as 1 or 2 ???

I got my hair cut today too. How much hair do you think we would need to take off for it to show as a loss on the scale??
I believe the english muffins are 2 servings each.
I think you're doing well enough that you could easily be at 2 servings of fruit and grain per day, but I am definately not an expert.

YIKES JAIME !!!! I don't have much hair as it is (I wear it pretty short....and it sticks straight up on the top & sides....kinda messy looking but my hair has always wanted to stick straight up.......so I said what the heck...............well that is close to what I said...heehee)

So cutting off any more of my hair would make me bald !!!

Here is my menu.......Not a good day today

B. 3X3 quiche

S. 2 slices dinkle bread, toasted
(1 with laughing cow light & 1 with butter spray !)

L. small salad w/tomatoes, LF jarlsburg cheese & olives
dinkle sunflowerseed cracker w/hummus

S. granny smith apple
20 pistaschio nuts

D. WW tortilla w 1pc FF turkey & 1 oz LF jarlsburg cheese & mustard

S. Probably a DQ fudgecicle

Not enough veggies for sure....NO DAIRY....too much grains..........Boo Hoo !!

By the way...I LOVE the dinkle bread !~! :D It is very dense....chewy (I LIKE chewy)...great flavor.....I am affraid I like it too much  It will have to stay in the freezer right next to the WW english muffins..........these items are going to be very dangerous for me !!!!

I did notice, why are you hiding your cheese from us :? ???

I cut off about 4 inches of hair, it needed it so badly. I haven't had a proper haircut since last year at this time. (I mention proper b/c I was so sick of how long it was that a couple months ago I had my DH hack a few inches off  ). Anyway, I guess it doesn't weigh that much b/c I was still up those 2 pounds this morning.

OK..I admit it...I was trying to hid the cheese............little did I know it would call MORE attention to it because it was really really small!!!!!

I feel a little guilty when I post it............you guys are doing good by not eating it and I did not want to seem like I was rubbing your nose in it !!

So sorry you are dinkle-less !! Next time you go to the store check the frozen ffod section where they keep frozen bread dough...thats where I found mine.............I am looking foward to having more of it today !

Don't feel guilty about posting your cheese, we can handle it. It's not the type I eat anyway. I'm glad you like your dinkle bread, I will have to look for it.

omg her 3 x 3's have spilled over to the dewberry crisps now HA HA !! I don't know why I found that so funny, but I did and I am chuckling away here. hehehehe

I know what you mean about not even feeling the urge to eat. All this last week it has been a CHORE to get everything in. Tonight all i really wanted was that yogurt...I had to force myself to get that salad.

Who am I ?

You can go ahead and rub our noses in the cheese. We dont' care. We are strong .... see my flexed muscle? ok, it's fat at the moment...but use your imagination

Great idea for freezing your 3x3's to take with you. Not only will it keep you eating well but how easy will that be to heat up for a quick meal.
I don't think I have ever tried a dewberry, what is it like? The oatmeal crisps sound so good.
