My 8 pack (or was it a 6 pack) of WW english muffins are gone as of this morning. I think I've od'd on them + the peanut butter. I want some DINKLE

Hi Guys. I LOVE my dinkle !!!!

It is usually in the deli section.....in clear celophan...these are made by Dr. Kracker and you can see all the sunflower seed and pumpkin seeds on the crackers.............Hope you can find them, they are sooooo good.

Fridays menu:

B. Last piece of the old batch of quiche

S. Dinkle & Pumpkin seed cracker w/hummus

L. ground turkey, spinach & mushroom quiche (New batch !!)

S. 1C blueberries w/1c FF yogurt & splenda
13 pistaschio nuts

D. califlower brussel & mushroom soup
Dinkle & sunflower seed cracker & hummus

S. 3 dipped strawberries w/LF coolwhip

Did we come up with a decision on the dairy???? Is yogurt ONLY considered dairy?? The book says we are to have 1 cup per day...but we know the book is sometimes wrong???

yep..i researched that. Yogurt is dairy...cheese isn't (well at least according to the SBD). 1 cup of NF yogurt is "okie dockie". Personally I could eat the whole tub in a sitting....but I do my best to portion control it.

The dinkle crackers are in the DELI !!!!!!!!???????????? wow, I never thought to look there !! I've been walking the cracker aisles like a dummy. Tomorrow I shall find them with a vengeance !!

I have never tried the boca burgers, how much like burgers do they taste like? I have stayed away from veggi burgers ever since I had one in a restaurant that tasted like a piece of fried breading, even though I know that there have to be better ones out there. How many veggis would you count in one burger?

OK I saw Boca Burgers for the first time in the store last night. Do they seriously taste like real meat or are they frankenmeat?

OK Guys..I think they are mighty tasty !! After you put all the other stuff on them they taste like a burger !!
They are small (perfect size for an english muffin)..you zap them for a minute..they even look a little greasy...just the way I like my burger!

You can also use lean ground round or sirloin.............but I count the Boca burger as 1/2 of a veggie serving......I don't know if that is correct or not...but seems right to me! It does NOT taste like a veggie burger.

Still can't believe Halfame LIKES Kashi Go Lean ????????????????

Here is my menu today:

B. 2 buttermilk pancakes w/fresh blueberries & a piece of Quiche too

S. Dinkle cracker & Hummus
1 pc. FF turkey lunchmeat wrapped around Laugh. Cow Cheese

L. 2 Gortons Lemom herb fish filets
salad w/tomatoes, chickpeas, LF jarlsberg cheese & Blk Olives, Ceaser dressing

S. None (late lunch)

D. Stir Fry shrimp, peapods, baby corn, mushrooms, tomatoes, zuchunni, yellow squash, pineapple bits & stir fry sauce
10 pistaschio nuts

S. FF SF DQ Fudgcicle

QUESTION ! Can I count the buttermilk in my pancakes as my dairy?? The receipe has 1 & 1/2 cups of butter milk....and makes about 14 pancakes.....I only ate 2 ???

THAT STIRFRY LOOKS GOOD !!!!!!!!!!!!!

And its even better the next day cold !! Do you have leftovers? (If so I'll be right over)

Buttermilk is dairy but not much in only 2 pancakes....I didn't have any today either.

And YES I love the Kashi.....I still think it's pretty dangerous to have in the house because it's too easy to nibble at. If I get into it at all and cheat then that's it...I won't bring it into the house again. ( I am weak )

I would think that it wouldn't matter how you got your dairy. I can't believe you are going to make me do math, hehe. Alright 1 1/2 c /14= thats a little under 1/4 c milk per 2 pancakes, if I got that right. And how much are we supposed to have per day?
