We are a team...we work together and both started the SBD at the same time, 2 weeks ago Monday, and we have both not lost a pound. Then, I got my period and forget, totally binged the night before and the day after....uggh. Anyway, my problem is breakfast, I dont care for eggs at all, I have had turkey bacon but 2 slices arent cutting it. Anyway, we are both discouraged and need some advice to get back in the motivating grove again.
Can anyone help!
