Hey Lynda - I am actually a shortie - 5' 4". I guess I determined my weight my two methods - one, 140 would be the high end of my recommended BMI - since I usually think charts like those are pretty bunk, I took the high-end mark. Plus I have a medium-size bone frame. Two, I ideally would like to be in a 9/10 and I remember the last time fit into that size, I was about 140 pounds....now, if I can reach a 9/10 and feel healthy but be more than 140, that is fine with me too!
Yesterday, Day One, was pretty good - I started getting a headache and tad hungry later in the night - about 9:30 but until then, I did okay. Starting with turkey bacon, hot tea, and a boiled egg again today. OH and I do not know if any of you watch Barefoot Contessa on Food Network but if so, she did a DELICIOUS Herbed Baked Eggs dish 2 nights ago - seems SB-friendly and the recipe is on the foodtv website....check it out.
