Yesh, I had grand aspirations of working out this week, but a combination of work getting in the way and feeling a bit off from P1 means, aside from a yoga class this weekend, I'll be taking it easy until P2 starts in a week and a half.
I got on the scale yesterday (day 2) and had dropped a lb, but I'm not counting it until I'm at the week point, so we'll see.
It's just weird to be up calorie wise, but you know, the only way I can get under 1300 is to skip a meal, eat lean cuisines for lunch and dinner..which is definitely a DIET, not a lifestyle change
