b- atkins bar. .. wonder if these are ok. They work for me, quick, can put in my purse, eat on the way to work, or just stash a box in my desk... @Bethy hasn't lectured me on them so they must be ok ;)

l- 2 eggs, 2 low salt bacon, green beans

d- thinking of taking 8 y/o to StirCrazy for dinner. Her sister is going camping a few days earlier with bil/sil leaving right when she gets home from her last day of school, then we'll meet up with them Saturday morning. ANYHOO. I'll let 8 y/o pick and I'm sure this will be on her list. I'm thinking of lettuce wraps.. so good. I need to google them to see if I can see carb and sugar content. Stay tuned! So I skipped the lettuce wraps and just did the market bar- chicken and veggies with garlic ginger sauce, no rice, no noodles

yesterday-
b-atkins bar (chocolate pb bar)- it's a meal replacement bar, it's tolerable for a quick breakfast at work.
l- boston market chicken salad
d- cheeseburger, bite of my kids oreo blizzard!!-- it was just a bite, right, instead of a whole blizzard!

Getting ready to leave for camping for the weekend. I'm sure I will have some carbs, but I will not go crazy, I don't want to gain 5 in 2 days. Plus I think it's going to be so freaking hot, I'll be drinking more water than anything! Wish me luck!

Just a long as you're burning more calories than you're taking in, you'll be okay. And camping is an excellent way to stay active while maintaining a healthy distance from the nearest fridge! Have fun.

HA!! no cookies!! Did indulge with some carbs. I like to think I did good with strength training my abs and upper body as I held on for dear life to the tube while boating ;) and the best news... I stepped on the scale this morning to assess the damage.... I gained NOTHING! Woohoo!

Today it's ON!
bfast: boiled egg, white only, atkins bar
lunch: cabbage/crushed tomatoes/red beans/lean ground beef soup... (this will be my lunch for the week)
snack: atkins blueberry crisp bar- yum, a few pieces of meat and cheese
dinner: eggs, bacon, cottage cheese, tomato slices

I spoke too soon, I was up one this am... I think it was the sodium from last night.
I drank a TON of water... the bathroom and I were close friends by the end of the work day today.

bfast- two hard boiled eggs
lunch- cottage cheese and my soup
dinner- applebees- steak with parmesan and grilled shrimp, side salad with ranch, steamed veggies- broccoli mostly.
snack- I think I'll have the atkins blueberry bar thing- it's very good, has a taste of almond in it. Yum.
water- ALOT.

Can I admit that I add a pkt of splenda to my cottage cheese? Anyone else do that? Not a fan of plain, but add some sweetener to it and it tastes like dessert.
