It's day two...I also track my foods on myfitnesspal.com, because it is the closest to a food journal I get. My fitness pal wants me to be at 1300 calories a day, and being on plan I'm at 16-1800.
I am eating on plan though, completely!!! It's just that that tb of olive oil, that 3-4 oz of meats, those eggs...add up and I was feeling a bit of cognitive dissonance.
Forget calories!!!! (right?)
