I love nuts and can go out of control with them very easily. So I buy nuts that I like, but not my very very favorites (cashews and pistachios). I usually buy almonds and almost love them, but somehow can put the breaks on with them a little more easily. Walnuts I can take or leave, so sometimes I buy them or peanuts or mixed nuts. I try NOT to sit down with a whole package of nuts. To prevent this, I repackage them in 1/4 cup servings in snack-sized zip top bags as soon as I get home from the store with them. Sometimes, I'll go overboard and eat two of them, but usually stop there because having those empty bags kind of embarrasses me.
