Recovery Drink

Postby jyotipurba » Tue May 01, 2012 3:57 pm

Hello Everyone so I started SB again
I am on phase 1 and my workout routine everyday is Run for 40 mins (2 mins warm up 2 mins cool down, 13 mins at speed 3.4 and run at 7)
Then I bike for 10-15 mins
In the after noon I do 1 hour yoga
Lately I find I am so sore and dying for my recovery drink
Can you take a look and let me know if its safe for phase 1?

I feel like there's a lot of missing information about the overall stats, and I couldn't find this product on their website.

How about a glass of milk after working out? It seems like there's a recurring theme in your posts about these special types of products with various health claims that may or may not be true, and overall may or may not be safe. I hope you're eating enough real food, which is what SB is based on. A balanced diet of real food supplies all kinds of vitamins, minerals, fiber, etc.
My FAQ-- food lists, portion guidelines, etc.

SB since Nov '03
Goal: major weight loss (50+ lbs) & good health
Reached Jan '05!

My recovery drink no. 1 is soy drink, in case you want to try something else. It is healthy and still filling somehow.
