I made my food for work today.
Salad with avocado, celery, beans and 1 tbsp of salad dressing.
I am soooo nervous about work today.
I need to leave in 2 hours and 40 minutes and I am petrified.
I hate the unknown. I hate not knowing if I will be good enough.
I don't want to hurt anyone. I suck at talking to people.
I'm trying not to have a full blown panic attack.
Stress always makes me bloat so I opted not to weigh today.

Just lost a nice long post  Staying at a hotel and there are 4 different internet connections and they keep cutting out on me and switching. Really annoying.

ANYWAY, what I think I said was that you'll be great at your job. They hired you because you're nice to people and care about them. You can't teach people that skill. The rest of the things you need to know you'll learn because you're smart!!

Lunch suggestions:
Bean salads. Vary the other veggies and use spices to make them taste different: Asian with soy sauce, Mexican with some hot peppers, or curry, or.....

Roasted veggies are great leftover. Cut up whatever veggies you like (summer squash, eggplant, peppers, tomatoes, cauliflower, mushrooms...), drizzle with olive oil and roast until browned in a hot oven. They're great for dinner, wonderful cold the next day with a drizzle of balsamic vinegar.

So yesterday was terrifying to start with but then turned out to be really good fun.
When I say fun, I mean it was shadowed by complete and utter exhaustion.
I was dead on my feet at the end of my shift. Everything hurt.
I've had about 1 hour sleep. Got in at midnight and "got up" at 5:15am.
Tossed and turned all night. No sleep for me. I am shattered.
Another 7 hour shadow shift today. 7:15am until 2:30pm.
The bed!!

Shift today was pretty cool. The elderly were lovely, think I might have made friends.
Totally dead on my feet now though  I was just counting down the hours until home time, with a dazzling smile on my face of course. 8)

Sorry I've been MIA guys and girls!
Work has been really hectic !! It's exhausting but I really do like it!
I haven't weighed in a couple days because I'm bloated atm :(
I did get my piercings! I got my septum and nipples done
Hurt a lot but I love them and it has given me a bit more confidence with myself.
I'm starting to lose some fat from my cheeks.
I was actually shocked when I saw the outline of my cheek bones today.
I was confused as to what they were, it's been a while since i've seen them!
I've dyed my hair blacky- blue as well. It's gotten really long! Half way down my back
When it gets down to my waist I might cut it off to my shoulders and give it to a charity that makes wigs for kids with cancer.
I am roughly £173 through my £3660 target for the summer.
How is everyone?

I am happy you're happy with your new hardware. But I have to say between this post and the photo Bethy posted in my journal, there are parts of my body just rolling around the floor in pain right now. LOL

Congrats on the cheek bones!!!!

Have a great weekend.

Sorry I keep going MIA guys. I am just sooo busy atm. I promise to try and update more regularly!
I need to restart on P1. I had to make an impromptu trip back to my OH's family's house.
Let's just say it threw me off completely and I haven't followed the diet at all
So i'm thinking restart P1 and jump back on the wagon from around the 1st June if not a little before.
I also plan to go swimming every day.
I now have 2 jobs as well!
I think i'm going to do a week intensive driving course in August. So need £800 by then.
Told my family and OH's family we are engaged.
His family is delighted and want to throw us an engagement party (also his dad wants to buy me a car as an engagement present once I have passed my test)
My family were less than thrilled. Completely degrading and outright rude.

Step away from the pizza, girl!
Gotta eat right to keep up the energy to do all the new things in your life :D .
Congrats and commiserations on the family reactions.

Haha not pizza (the cheese :P) more like chinese
But we are going back tomorrow so it starts again!
I just didn't have the opportunity to be strict while I was here as I literally had no money :(
But my boyfriend will pay for some when we go home.
So excited! Hope I haven't put on a truckload though (:P)
But the OH's dad did say I looked like I had lost weight so *shrugs*
I think this time i'm going to be sticking even more to the natural foods with lots more beans and pulses

So starting p1 again today.
Weighed in at 265.8lbs.
That's only a gain of 3lbs.
So i'm pleased with that considering a week of unhealthy eating.
I have also stopped smoking as of yesterday.
I'm going to start swimming again soon as well.
Terrified to be in a swimming costume but its the one form of exercise that me and my OH agree on.
I'm going to try and drink at least 1.5ltrs of water a day.

For breakfast I had a hash of:
1/2 can kidney beans
1/2 courgette
1/2 bell pepper
1/2 onion
1 clove of garlic
1tsp olive oil

Fluid: 1 cup of herbal tea

For lunch I had a salad consisting of:
3 tomatoes
1/2 can chick peas
1/2 chilli pepper
20 olives
2 stalks celery
1 tbsp balsamic vinegarette

For dinner I have planned:
Stir fry with sweet and sour crispy seitan
It will have:
-broccoli
-sesame seeds
-sweetcorn

Sounds wonderful! While I can't say "Enjoy P1" with a straight face, at least I know you know how to get through it with relative ease! That 3 pounds will drop off in no time!

And congrats on the quitting smoking -- that is HUGE!!!
