I will say I had a great day, good celebrating. I will not step on the scale in the morning to see the damage but will increase my water intake and be a diligent P1 follower in the next few days ;)

Happy birthday! Even though its a little late because i havent been around =/ Like mike said Beans Beans Beans. My girlfriend basically spoonfeeds me taco soup i make when im on phase one because without the beans i get super grumpy and my head is always splitting. One thing i know nobody around here seems to follow but is super beneficial. Weigh yourself ONCE a week, Uno! Me for example is monday right when i get to the gym in the afternoon. Peoples bodies fluctuate quite a bit and if you're the type to get disheartened quickly. The next day when the scale is up 3 pounds it can be a serious blow to your determination. Anyways just my small little bit of advice, nice to meet you and welcome to the beach!

B- mosck oatmeal
L- Caesar black and blue salad from O Charley's, about 1/3 cup steamed broccoli, v8
D- broccoli casserole, mock French toast
S- fudgsicle delight

Fluids:96 oz water

Needed more veggies, but otherwise a good day I think. I had a delicious looking carrot cake waiting for me when I got home last night. Today I've managed to give about 2/3 of it away! Do not need that staring at me all night!

You had a carrot cake and you ate fudgesicle delight? You didn't even have an index finger loaded with ICING? That is hard core.

found it on the food recipes thing where they had the links. Pretty decent, I cooked with with a few strips of bacon and added a dollop of ff sour cream.

Tonight we are going to the Pacers/Magic playoff game. I decided as I stepped on the scale this morning and I was down (even though I have Sunday's as my wi day) I was not going to cheat tonight. I will admit, I considered it, but I know if I did, I would end up gain more than I lost for the week. Besides, we're going to a steakhouse for dinner so it will be easy to stay on sb plan. Then tomorrow we're going to in laws to celebrate my birthday, which, honestly, I could do without. But it gives us an excuse to go see dh's parents, who aren't in the best health to say the least. My sister in law asked what kind of cake I wanted her to make and I chose angel food. I figure in terms of cakes, that one was at least not the MOST unhealthy of choices. I still have not touched the delicious looking carrot cake that is staring me down. But now I have a new temptation- my neighbor brought over some mini fruit cobblers. I mean really? I gave one to my daughter and the freak she is doesn't like it. Yes. I took a bite as I took it off the table. BUT, at least I stopped at a bite instead of scarfing the rest plus another down. I might need to move them out of sight though for today. Maybe I'll skip the healthier angel food cake tomorrow and eat a sugar-full mini cobbler.

So far today:
b-mock oatmeal (I'm really liking it btw in case you can't tell, lol), v8
s- bite cobbler
l-taco soup
d-salad with ranch, steak, green beans
s- diet coke at the game

So we went to Texas Roadhouse, awesome smelling rolls and cheese fries at the table and I didn't touch them. GO ME!

Come on good numbers tomorrow!!

lack of post from yesterday? Lets just put it as a carbfull day :/, thus causing me to extend my P1 to one more week. Gives me time to plan my attack on P2. Wonder what I should reintroduce first?

b- low carb yogurt, v8
l- taco soup, ff cottage cheese
d- taco salad without shell

fluids- 48 oz or so.

contemplating a fudgesicle delight but might skip it tonight. I'm in a weight loss challenge and have to go weigh in tomorrow evening. I did lose 1.6 last week, but then the coughcarbfestcough came about yesterday so now I need to be really good to see if I can break even tomorrow  Have I mentioned I hate evening weigh ins? Just glad this challenge thing is over in 2 weeks.

b- egg casserole with artichoke, sundried tomatoes, and cheese
l- 2 deviled eggs, handful of roasted chick peas
d- steak, a bunch of green beans- we're talking 2 cups worth, 2 eggs
s-oreo-- what? oreo? Yes, had an oreo. Also tried the ricotta cheese/pb/banana extract dessert- texture issue for me, going to toss it and make a fudgesicle delight ;)

Was down 1.5 from last week in my wt loss challenge.

No bagels but you probably heard the crunching of tortilla chips....

EPIC FAIL. OFF the wagon. I'm racing behind it to jump back on though... I'm a slow runner sometimes though...

Thank you Bethy for calling me out.
My plan today:

bfast: low carb yogurt, v8
lunch: uh, not sure. Salad maybe
dinner: lean ground beef patties and green beans. Maybe a salad too.

water goal: at least 64 oz.

I can do this.
One day at a time.
