I usually have a chocolate or strawberry Shakeology shake (a Beachbody product), made with 1c unsweetened vanilla flavored almond milk and 1c ice (sometimes I will add a Tbsp of Almond butter or PB and a banana), in the mornings for breakfast. I am starting the South Beach Diet on phase 1 and would like to know if Shakeology is okay to have on phase 1? I know that I cannot have the banana in it but are the rest of the ingredients ok?

To answer your question, it depends on the ingredients. Whey is fine, but sometimes whey shakes have other things in them. If you post the ingredients, someone may be able to give you suggestions.
