I agree w/ MOJO. Phase 2 unless you're fighting cravings. And EAT CARBS big bowls of healthy good carbs.
When I slipped, (I mean, totally faceplanted) it coincided with my refrigerator not being stuffed to the max with veggies ready to nosh on. I gained a bunch of lbs before I stopped eating out of cardboard boxes. So, I know YOU can step right off that dreadmill of doubt, stop beating yourself up with that umbrella, and forget about ...what did you call 'em... calories?
